Refund Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to consultations/bookings scheduled through our website for services provided by sonicpivote.com (LLC). If a particular booking has special terms displayed at checkout, those terms apply in addition to this policy to the extent permitted by law.

2) Cancellation by you

If you cancel a booking, the refund (if any) depends on when you notify us relative to the scheduled start time and the payment type (deposit or full payment).

• Notice up to 24 hours before the appointment: you are eligible for a refund of the paid amount, minus any non-refundable expenses if explicitly confirmed in writing for your booking.
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: refunds may be limited. You may be offered a reschedule instead, if the studio can accommodate it.

3) Rescheduling

You may request a reschedule by contacting us. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you reschedule, we may keep the amount you already paid as a credit for the new date, unless your booking terms state otherwise.

4) Deposits and prepaid amounts

Where a deposit is required, it is used to reserve your time. If you cancel, whether the deposit is refundable depends on the notice period described above and the terms shown for your booking.

5) Refund method and timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. We will initiate the refund within a reasonable time after we confirm cancellation and refund eligibility. Actual crediting to your card/account may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.

6) If we cancel or change the booking

If we must cancel or significantly change your booking, we will offer either a reschedule or a refund for the amount paid for the affected services.

7) Consumer rights and complaints

You may submit complaints or requests related to violations of consumer rights in the course of purchase/ordering in e-commerce contexts.

9) Personal data and your requests

If you contact us regarding refunds or submit a request using forms on our site, we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian data protection requirements, including informing data subjects and handling grounds/consent for processing.

10) Advertising communications

If we send commercial communications or advertisements, they must be clearly identifiable as advertising and must not be misleading.
