We provide aesthetic studio services (including ink/PMU-related procedures) by appointment. Results may vary depending on individual characteristics, aftercare, skin type, healing process, and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee identical results for every client. Before the procedure, we provide consultation and recommendations based on available information. You remain responsible for following aftercare instructions and informing us about relevant health and contraindications.

5) Consumer rights and complaints/requests

If you believe your consumer rights were violated in connection with purchasing/ordering services, you can submit a complaint or request during the ordering/booking context.
